We have been renting to students for the past 10 years. The houses have been recently decorated to a high standard and include fully fitted kitchens (including washing machine), furnished bedrooms with IKEA desks, chest of draws and wardrobes. They all have a communal lounge with phone point and wireless broad ban connection internet connection.
Our houses are for between 4 and 6 students with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
There are no hidden charges we just charge a one off fee of £40 per house to register your deposits with a tenancy deposit agency.
All properties comply with current gas, electric and environmental health regulations.
